Designation: Assistant Manager / Executive

Job Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum, Chennai

Experience - 6 - 12 Years

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all form of demand generation activity- Cold calling, email campaign, LinkedIn social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads and other forms of Demand Gen

- Responsible to connect target companies' decision makers to influence them to work with our company, identify potential targets to match the requirement / capability and set up qualified meetings

- Responsible for coordinate activities with those of other teams in Marketing / Sales to effectively reach out to decision makers

- The role demands strong understanding of the product engineering space, services lines, verticals, customers and competition, and the ability to translate this knowledge into setting up meetings with company prospects.

- Effectively articulate and map our value proposition to the prospect's pain points

- Hand-off to the sales team in this role, you will ensure that the meeting targets of for the campaign are met

- Skills & Experience required desired 8-13 years of experience in a similar role in product engineering service space

- Strong knowledge of Rail - Transportation verticals / Aerospace & Defence verticals / Hi tech vertical / Semiconductor / Medical Devices Vertical / Research Executive (Aerospace & Defense Aero Engine, Power, Oil & Gas, Medical devices, Automotive, Rail, Hi -tech , Industrial verticals)

- Strong knowledge of Demand generation and sales process on Salesforce

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

- Bachelors / Masters in Relevant Engineering Disciplines

- MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and analytical skills

- High level of attention to details, including data accuracy and documentation / presentation preparation with high quality

- Solid experience in using advanced features in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
