Role Overview:

- Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery

- Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solving

- Translate stated or implied client needs into researchable hypotheses.

- Develop sophisticated analysis plans to test those hypotheses given data and resource availability, time, etc.

- Effectively guide the team around problem structuring and use of analytics (tools and techniques) to carry out analysis

- Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings

- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients

- Able to work in dual shore engagement across multiple time zones

- Manage business uncertainty

- Secure new opportunities within existing account relationship

- Assess customer needs, pain points, behaviors, activation levers, headroom for growth, value propositions, etc.

- Manage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations

- Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to client

- Be responsible for building client ready visualizations based on the analysis and direct communication with the client

- Create project plans, get buy-in from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan

Competencies Required:

- Proficient working knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL & Tableau is a must

- Hands on experience in data manipulation using SQL and Alteryx tool and creating dashboards using Tableau is must

- Knowledge and understanding of Python is good to have

- Excellent communication & Presentation skills

- Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis, interpretation and articulation of results

- Multi-tasking and prioritizing is of high importance

- Candidates with 3+ years should have exp in stakeholder management, business transformation, team management and client management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop (preferred) or any other visualization tool around campaign performance

- Connect Power BI / Viz tool to different data sources, import data and transform data for understanding various marketing campaign performance

- Proficient in creating complex DAX queries, bookmarks, SAS Base, Macros

- Implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI, develop tabular/multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards using M-Query

- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports and to visualize various trends as per the business requirements
