Role: Assistant Manager - Knowledge Management

Requirement -

- Represent Central Oversight Team (COT) in the Group Governance meetings

- Manage and lead a team of employees. Motivate team members and assesses performance. Provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance.

- Responsible for End-to-end team management and delivery - organisation, delegation, management and performance monitoring.

Atleast 4-5 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management and 1-2 years of people management/ team management experience.

Previous experience in process mapping, taxonomy, testing or tool design and maintenance Projects.
