Job Description :

Responsible for deepening of business relationship in large value/ key accounts identified, new customer acquisition in low market share geographies, identification of new product needs and refinement to existing products depending on customers- and technological changes in the market and executing training programs at customer sites.

- They will be the Technical Experts and will own the Specifiers in the Zones for creating the required smart specifications.

- They will support the KAMs/KAEs/KAOs in the field where Technical/Specification Support is required.

- They shall also make Technical Presentations to various Customer Groups in different forums (one to many & one to one).

- They shall also give regular inputs to the Product/Technical Group on Product Improvements/ Upgradation of specifications/Technical Certification for the products.
