We have an opening with one of our MNC client for the position of : Assistant Manager - Key Accounts (Modern Trade)

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for handling the top accounts on PAN India basis

- Dealing directly with National Category managers for PAN India strategy.

- KAM need to facilitate the sales team to increase the business for the particular chain along with all backend support.

- Sales plan review with Category manager on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.

- New product introduction and Product Listing

- Directly responsible for sales (for particular chain sales for PAN India)

- TOT discussion, negotiation with category manager's to give maximum benefit to the organization.

Requirement:

- Education: Graduate (any discipline) with MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management.

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in handling MTO Key Accounts sales in a reputed FMCG company.

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Negotiation Skills
