Assistant Manager - ( Key accounts - Hyper stores ) - MNC Lifestyle Brand Co
Sales :
- Responsible for achieving sales numbers for planned doors.
- Monitoring the secondary sale & LFL growth.
- To monitor fill rate, to ensure availability of healthy stock at each door and plan for reducing slow moving SKU's
Merchandising : -
- Planning the appropriate product mix for each door to achieve higher ticket size.
- Coordinate with the central office for new introductions, purchase orders.
- Coordinating with supply chain to ensure stock availability at depots.
- To negotiate, plan and execute the shop n shop at each door to increase brand visibility.
- Allocating fresh merchandise to all stores as per the season assortment.
- Planning promotions.
Operations :
- Receivable management.
- Generating MIS
- Conducting demand forecasting exercise along with planning to ensure stock availability.
Candidate Requirement :
Full time MBA
- Experience in retail, particularly into handling sales of Key Accounts particularly hyper.
- Worked with large format departmental stores at PAN India level.
- Exposure to lifestyle products.
