Position: Asst. Manager-Key Account/Project Sales-Building Materials (Bangalore)
Role:
- This is a Key Account/ Project Sales role for a high-end and specialised Building Materials Product through interaction with Architects/ Builders/ Key Accounts
- Grow the business in different segments such as office spaces, education, entertainment business etc.
- Achieve Monthly / quarterly targets for specification and sales through specification as defined in target for the financial year
- Get the products specified with all key accounts, and also include regular update on the ongoing projects
- Build up relationship through technical knowledge and solution oriented support with key decision makers
- Maintain and update project list in the assigned territory
- Make presentations, proposals to clients and specifiers
Requirements:
- BE/BTech+MBA
- 4-8 yrs of experience in Key Accounts/ Project Sales in the Building Materials Industry or allied industries (Furniture, Seatings, Lighting, Flooring companies, etc.)
- Shoud have experience in regular interaction with and good contacts with Achitects/ Builders/ Key Accounts
- Should have experience in Concept/ Solution Sales
- Should have experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Good Communication Skills
