Roles & Responsibilities :
Manager :
- Manage Key customer portfolios;Actively Engage with the client base to build strong relationships
- Build business expansion strategies for the customer portfolios
- Build and lead an account management team to handle operations
- Responsible for driving and delivering all KAM metrics
- Set-up systems and processes for driving various aspects of the account management function
- Understand and implement customer requirements across various aspects- business, technology and operations
Required Skills :
- Post Graduation from good college with 1 to 4 years of experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Team player and ability to work with & through others.
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients.
- Should be aware of the assigned Territory / Geography.
- Candidate belonging to the assigned territory would be an added advantage.
