Assistant Manager - Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a AM - IT (Project Management) for our client with Pan India presence based at Gurgaon.

Job Details :

Grade : AM - IC role

Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, 5 days working , Work from Office only

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 3+ exp with recognized project management qualification like PMP/Prince in IT

Education : BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA - Regular only

Job Purpose

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be required to deliver these projects successfully to meet time, quality and cost targets, realizing measurable benefits and thereby ensuring satisfied customers. You will direct and monitor the work under your supervision, such that projects are successfully completed. You will work under the leadership of Application Leaders

KRA

- Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects.

- Work with Application Leaders on the project ideas and secure approval before each project commences.

- Developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders and project team.

- Outlining the human and material resources required to successfully complete each project.

- Understanding of the resource allocation strategy and utilizing this to distribute work.

- Monitoring performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.

- Evaluating each project's effectiveness by consulting with stakeholders and project team.

- Reporting on each project's status and progress

- Meet the continuously evolving needs of the business (internal and external).

- Understand the pros and cons around customized solutions and COTS products and be able to carry out due diligence to evaluate these (make or buy) to fulfill business requirements.

- Develop and manage partnerships with service providers so as to drive synergies between company and Service Integrators.

- Follow IT processes and automation
