Salary Range: 10-12 LPA
- Responsible for handling recruitment across IT Advisory BUs
- Understanding the IT requirements and different skill categories, coordination, liaising & closure
- Strategizing the right channel mix among portals, referrals, consultants, networking sites etc.
- Conducting the HR evaluation based on the firm's experience parameters.
- Benchmarking of selected candidates' compensation and negations.
- Responding to new employees queries, getting their joining documentation and other formalities done & liaising with the on boarding SPOC for any queries.
- Proactively manage the recruitment processes, keeping all parties updated on progress.
- Please note this will be an IC role.
