Assistant Manager - ISDA Documentation - Investment Bank

- Updating critical terms of various Master agreements i.e. ISDAs, CSAs, Global Master Repurchase agreements, Global Master Securities Lending agreements in the firms database.

- Generating and distributing various reports for the EMEA and US teams.

- Analyzing and interpreting clauses of Master agreements and providing advice in response to queries received from the business, credit, collateral management and legal teams.

- Assisting negotiators in London and New York during negotiations of Designation Notices of Give up agreements with Prime Brokers.

- Developing and maintaining a proactive relationship with the stakeholders in London and New York. Willing to work in India or UK hours.
