Investment - Fixed Income (Corporate Treasury) Role: Assistant Manager-Investments (Fixed Income Desk) Skills, Experience and Knowledge : - 5+ years of relevant experience - Qualified CA or MBA in Finance - Excellent grasp of market news and current affairs - Well versed with markets and has thorough knowledge of the products Job Responsibilities : - To ensure that investments are in accordance with the asset allocation as approved and outlined by the management. - To achieve targeted return on the portfolio as approved by the management. - Do through analysis of the investment alternatives in terms of the safety, risk, liquidity and make recommendations. - To keep records of all proposals received from all advisors. - Identify the investment product and make informed recommendations considering the risk appetite of the company. - Seek approval for the short-listed investment proposal from the management. - To follow proper procedure to redeem the investments and co-ordinate with back office team to ensure receipt of funds. - Constantly engage with Wealth Advisors/ Mutual Funds/ AMC including analysts and other fund managers, to stay up-to-date about market conditions - Closely track economic data points from domestic market and across the globe to develop view on the market. - Provide MTM on the investment on fortnightly basis. Also, monitor, review and report all the information on the investments, identify gaps, risk and ensure asset allocation and returns are on track. - To review the performance of each investment in Debt with the fund manager on a quarterly basis and generate report on same. - To leverage relationships with Wealth Management/AMC/ Mutual Fund and expands network in professional setting, deepen existing relationships. - To evaluate and draft proposals for investment in debt for promoter's investments. - To monitor, provide MIS on quarterly basis for promoter's investments - To adhere to SOPs laid down and keep reviewing the procedures at regular basis. - To have Bi- annual meeting with Real Estate and Private Equity - Fund Managers to understand the status on the fund, their exit strategy and expected rate of return from investment. - To explore new avenues for deployment of funds within the risk framework.
