Job Description :

We are looking for a candidate with sales experience of having worked in a FMCG Retail Product Experience of + 4 years and above would be ideal.

With Sales & Business IQ

Pleasing personality and flair for communication.

Product aesthetics, awareness, market knowledge, train and educate the staff down the line,

Floor Management, Customer Relations & Follow up.

Language Proficiency : Fluent in English & Hindi - spoken and written.

Roles & Responsibility:

Retail Sales / Modern Trade

Distributor Appointment / Management

Growing OEM Business

Train the local staff in building customer relations

Market awareness and product knowledge.

Suggest new products as prevailing in the market pertaining to this domain.

Any other task that me handed over by the Management from time to time.

Desired Profile:

2 to 5yr Yrs experience

Sales experience of minimum 2 yrs is must.

Experience of any International Market

Eye wear product experience preferred but not mandatory.

Passport preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Offered : 6-8 LPA
