Purpose Of The Role :
- End to End HR support to select international locations - including hiring, payroll, compliance, HR back-end support, visa formalities, R&R, Automation, New Initiatives, Compensation study, Exits etc.
Key Activities To Be Performed :
- Manage end to end Talent Acquisition for select International locations
- Design and execute compensation practices for all International locations
- Support implementation of corporate HR strategies to International locations
- HR due diligence for new International locations as per business plan;
- Organise onboarding, training programs for International associates visiting India
- Support in visa documentation and formalities;
- Support HR leads and associates for new initiatives in International locations;
- Support in other HR activities as assigned by the superior.
