Internal Financial Control Framework

- Modify/ update controls basis changes in processes of the company.

- Ensuring documented controls are basis the defined SOPs

- Compliance of Internal Financial Controls (IFCs)

- Report IFC score to AC

Compliance of IFC

- Tracking self-assessment of controls by control owners and its approval for timely completion

- Management testing of IFC-FR and IFC-op controls

- Communication of exceptions to the owners and supporting in its remediation planning and implementation

Audit of compliance of Internal Financial Controls

- Sign-off and Certification of external auditor on the effectiveness of IFC-FR

- Report observations and hold discussions with stakeholders for root cause analysis and mitigation plan.

Tracking internal audit issues

- Documenting Internal audit permanent remediation plan

- Tracking Internal audit remediation plan on a quarterly basis to avoid repeat observations
