Position : AM-Internal Control

Reports to : Manager Finance

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations- effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

- Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and program

- Review of accounting procedures

- Survey functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations, and adequacy of the system of control to achieve established objectives.

- Conduct independent audits, and prepare varied analyses for management

- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

- Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement

- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions

- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Qualification & Expertise required :

- Should be CA / ICWA

- Proven working experience as Internal Auditor

- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, law, rules & regulations

- Must be from BIG 4 Audit Firms i.e E&Y, KPMG, PWC or Deloitte.

- Should have excellent oral & written communication skills

- Should have excellent skills on MS office
