- Assist in implementation and embedding of the Risk management framework. - Management & oversight of RCSA process across Operations, addressing & challenging controls gaps and control weaknesses across Operations. - Performance of regular Control reviews across all Operational areas. i.e. Business and Enterprise functions. - Thematic special assignment related to RISK controls. - Oversight of Risk Events, analysis of root causes, pattern identified, validation of corrective actions and procedural updates to ensure effective closure of control weaknesses. - Contributing, promoting and monitoring continuous improvement in Risk Culture across the - Operational areas. - CA - 3 to 4 years of experience. - Have experience in working with NBFC/BFSI (Treasury) Internal Audit or Operational Risk. - Advantage if have working Knowledge of RBI &/or MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) Regulatory Frameworks - Proficient in Excel and Power point. - Proficient in Data mining & Analytics. - Advantage, if has knowledge of MS Visio. - Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills. - Strong Negotiation skill and Ability to challenge the status quo, as appropriate. - Superior problem solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently. - Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
