AM Internal Communications for an MNC BPO in Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

The role for Internal Communications (TMO) will be responsible for all initiatives of the HR organization- internal communications & ensure brand visibility. S/he will be responsible for creation and implementation of all internal communication & programs that effectively describe and promote the HR organization and help in Associate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop & implementHR internal communication & programs.

- Manage and innovate Associate communication. Generate virtual, audio-video content to reach out to associates and other internal business units/functions as relevant

- Design and develop branding collaterals to corroborate internal events.

- Network across the organization to ensure a smooth flow of information reporting to ensure an integrated internal communication

- Ensure Coordination for communication projects with partners for the development and production of promotional materials, web site production and other collateral.

- Collaborate with global HR teams to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated communication strategies

- Backend support & liaise with the internal departments and follow-through on internal communication activities till closure.

- Financial process management for the overall function from plan to actual ensuring all SLA's are met

- Participate as required in Organization wide initiatives

Qualifications:

Education: Postgraduate in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication or Marketing

Work Experience: 3-8 years of overall experience in Internal Communications

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of Communications. Flair for journalism is an added advantage

- Knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel is a must and design tools like Flash, Photoshop will be an added advantage

- High proficiency in verbal/ written communication & good comprehension skills.

- Experience in working with global teams will be an added advantage

- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task

- Strong interpersonal skills, assertive and professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse audiences.
