About our Client - Our client is a leading Fortune 500 multinational retail chain globally. With an established presence over 20 countries and a strong presence within the country, they are currently looking for a person to stream line and support their internal controls and risk framework in India. The opportunity is based out of Delhi/NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the National Controls and Risk Head, you would oversee an individual contributory role with major responsibilities including:

- Region-wise/Department-wise compliance with policies

- Conducting self assessment reviews and establishing concrete action plan with each process owner

- Assisting the Head Risk & Controls on business controlling solutions

- Conducting special reviews at management's behest

- Facilitating the global internal audit process

- Assisting IT in work flow automation from the internal controls perspective

The Successful Candidate :

- You must be a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post qualification experience in Big 4 within the risk or Internal controls function.

- You should be well versed with COSO frameworks. Exposure in developing SOP's is a must. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to assert and get things done are a must.
