Who we are looking for: - Must be a B.Com / M.Com with CA Qualification. - Candidates possess Internal Audit experience in group companies will have more preferences. - Total job experience has to be 3 to 5 Years only, post CA Qualification. - Excellent command in writing English, PPT, Soft skills, Report findings. - Candidates having major experiences from industries like Construction & Contracting, Real Estate, Joinery, Interior Fit out, IT Services or any services (similar) industries are highly preferable. - Must possess desired experience to drive projects and remediation efforts to their conclusion in an environment undergoing transformation. Duties & responsibilities: - Closely work with Internal Audit Head in development of Yearly Internal Audit Plan, audit report summaries for Audit Committee Meetings. - Individually perform Internal Audit Assignment under supervision of Chief Internal Audit-HOD - Involved in Process Audit, Standard Operating Process, Internal Financial Controls, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, ERP Systems, etc - Regular monitoring of Implementation of recommendations/action plans of past audit reports. - Identified root cause and financial impact of audit finding and suggested practical recommendation. - Review of Trial Balances and Financial Statements periodically for identification of any Material Misstatements. - Audit of HR & Payroll Function, Logistics Review, Inventory Management , Accounts & Finance and Statutory Compliances Process , Operation and Maintenance Process , Fixed Assets Management , Marketing and Debtors Review , Special Assignment-Forensic review to establish quantum of embezzlements - Contractor Project related bills with its statutory compliances irrespective of the values with control sheet of passing bills. - Verification of areas like Cash & Bank, Ledger Scrutiny, Investment, Operating expenses, Borrowings, Revenues, etc. - Create monthly MIS reports and highlight high risk areas, issues and providing potential solutions. - Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes. - Ensure compliance with Internal Audit(audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements. Key skill sets required: Audit Planning & Scope, Internal Audit Reporting, Operation & Financial Audit, Auditing standards, Internal Control Frameworks, Practical application in business operations, Business Process review, Business Analysis, Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, Internal Financial Control, Regulatory Compliances, Structured Analytical ability, etc. Salary Package: OMR ..
