Job Description :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Sales, revenue reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team People management and development.
- Monitoring daily dashboard / daily huddles/weekly SLA review with the team.
