Job Description :&nbsp; Within the company, the Infrastructure hub is being developed as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the firm's Global Infrastructure advisory service line. The team is on a high-growth trajectory, currently consisting of 35+ professionals acting as an interface between our Global Infrastructure teams These professionals specialize in financial &amp; economic modelling, financial Due diligence &amp; transaction services of large scale infrastructure projects including project finance and regulatory finance, infrastructure insight, business development &amp;proposal support, etc. We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager role in the Infrastructure modeling domain. Roles and responsibilities :&nbsp; - We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the team. Working as a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting in the delivery of infrastructure modeling projects for sectors such as transportation, social infrastructure, power &amp; utilities - Leading end-to-end infrastructure modeling engagements working closely with the onshore team - Understanding the delivery models applied to the infrastructure projects lifecycle across construction, operations, financing &amp; refinancing phases - Driving and implementing the design and structuring the outputs (financial models) and it is delivery - Support in the development and evaluation of quantitative finance and project finance models - Manage the modeling risks, in accordance with risk management guidelines - Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with Global Infrastructure teams and other deal advisory professionals - Mentoring junior team members on engagements - Supporting onshore teams and contributing to knowledge management to support practice development Essential skills required :&nbsp; Education / professional Prior Experience :&nbsp; Qualifications : MBA / PGDBM / CFA/CA/Engineers Relevant experience gained in either Corporate roles, Debt Syndication, Fund-raising, Project Finance, regulatory finance, PPP, Infra SPV- sor similar deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable) The ideal candidate would: - Be skilled in financial modeling and financial analysis - Have prior experience into project financing, regulatory finance, debt syndication, bond financing, infrastructure deal advisory - Have prepared infrastructure models from scratch and/or have significant experience into model audits/reviews - Have knowledge of financing structures, particularly debt and equity finance and other types of project-based financing - Have experience of PPP/PFI transactions or exposure of working on one or more infrastructure sector/sub-sectors (preferred but not mandatory) - Have an ability to interpret and present outputs from financial models to support the commercial advice to onshore/client - Good working knowledge of accounting and financial statements - Financial analysis and interpretation, in particular, DCF methods (NPV and IRR) - Strong problem-solving skills; Knowledge of advanced functions in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint &amp; MS Word - Have mentored, coached junior team members
