RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Will be accountable for effective implementation of ISMS policy, process and procedures in the organization. 2. Performing Risk Assessment, identifying risk &amp; suggesting mitigation strategy. 3. Ensuring Policy is up-to-date 4. Ensuring Process &amp; Procedure documents are in place 5. Developing and maintaining ISMS documentation on his/her own. 6. Publishing Weekly, Monthly Dashboard (Organization View &amp; Monthly View) 7. Reviewing and providing recommendation for improvement of InfoSec &amp; IT processes 8. Ensuring all Risk &amp; Compliance gaps are tracked and taken to closure in a timely manner. 9. Working closely with the various Support Functions to ensure risk are mitigated 10. Driving InfoSec Culture across the organization through sending awareness mails, newsletters etc 11. Responding to Customer RFP on InfoSec matters 12. Ensuring the ISMS is in line with NIST Cyber security framework &amp; ENISA framework. 13. Preparing monthly dashboards for delivery, CISO and Executive leadership. 14. Preparing monthly mailers on threat intelligence and inform various stakeholders including our customers. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Overall 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in ISO 27001 (end-to-end), Information security compliance activities, IT security reporting and risk assessment 2. Education: Degree or equivalent 3. ISO 27001:2013 certification 4. Ensure Compliance to ISO27001 Certification Requirements. 5. Sound knowledge on NIST Cyber security framework. 6. 3. Have advanced level experience and knowledge in Reporting, PowerPoint and Excel. 7. 4. Expert level and demonstrable experience on security policy and implementation. 8. 5. Good communication and writing skills 9. 6. Ability to talk to various stakeholders, make them understand the importance of ISMS and address their concerns. 10. 7. Should be well versed with ISO 27001 standard and should have implemented ISMS within his/her organization. 11. 8. Sound understanding of Cyber security and related risks - on a continual basis. 12. 9. Hands on experience in implementing ISO 27001:2013 and highly skilled in understanding the standard and mapping the same to the organization. 13. 10. Sound understanding on InfoSec related risk assessment and ways to address the same. 14. 11.
