Assistant Manager - Human Resources - Service Industry

Our client is a Tier 1 Indian MNC Company.

- We are looking for someone who has 4 Years+ work experience in Service Industry background like Telecom, Retail, Hotel, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking, and other White Goods.

- Candidate should have Sales / Regional Employees in areas of Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and other HR Generalist activities.

- Candidate must be very good with employee connect, communication and development activities. Training & Development, Learning & Development etc.

- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes - Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement etc
