looking for Assistant Manager - HR (Plant role) will be responsible for handling recruitment , Training & Development & Employee Engagement a.
The primary responsibilities includes to:
Recruitment activities :
- Develop and execute recruiting plans. Coordinating with recruitment agencies, Network through industry contacts, trade groups, social media, and employees. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process. source potential candidates through online channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
- Should be ready to travel to fulfill the Field Support Staff requirements.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, and the empanelment of agencies and vendors.
- Responsible for employee engagement programmes
- Work in close coordination with the team to capture key expectations from the human resources function and provide efficient service and support to them.
- Smart and well Decent capability in spoken and written English
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience with Computer and Excel skills
- Should be confident and capable of speaking with Senior people
