Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager HR, you will be the single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit. You will work closely with HR team to various locations and employees for an exceptional employee experience and be creating best workplace environment.
Some of the Key Responsibilities will include:
Excellent Employee Experience :
1. Ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding and induction process
2. Ensuring to partner with HR operations to address employee grievances
3. Conducting regular meetings with India and Overseas employees
4. Ensuring consistent and effective HR communication across HO, Plants and Overseas offices
Performance Management System and Review :
1. Working closely with business heads and HR team to deliver a robust performance management system and review mechanism
2. Developing, implementing and successfully maintaining the Balanced Scorecard process across the company
3. Partnering with HR operations to ensure performance review feedback preparation and reports generation
4. Executing performance improvement plans and processes
5. Preparing quarter performance review meetings and plans
Employee Engagement & Training:
1. Designing and executing most effective employee engagement initiatives and training workshops
2. Conducting Training Need Analysis and partnering with different stakeholders internally or externally to execute training programs
3. Working closely with middle management to facilitate various change management initiatives
4. Facilitating talent development actions
5. Collaborating with Plant HR on all the engagement and training initiatives
HR Policies & Industry best practices trends:
1. Researching emerging trends on HR practices
2. Collaborating with various geographical offices and plants to introduce consistency in HR practices
3. Coordinating with employee representative forums and works councils
4. Suggesting new HR strategies and helping to reshape, drive and establish the HR model and culture
