- Position - Asst Manager - HR
Note: Immediate joiners are preferred or 15 days notice period
Location: Madurai
- Candidates with Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment, and Implementation
- Preparation of HR and Compliance budget
- Strategic Management: Absenteeism, Attrition
- Designing and Development of Company Policies
- Designing Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities, Appraisal Systems
- Designing and maintaining Incentive Scheme for workers and staff
- Overall Responsibility for Salaries and Wage Administration.
- Adept at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating an amicable and transparent environment
- Analyzing and Interpretation of Skill-gap of employees
- Scheduling and Conducting the Training Programs based on the Skill gaps.
- Organizing Workers and Supervisors Development Programs and Employee Awareness Programs.
- Hands on experience processing E.S.I.C., P.F., Bonus
Social Compliance :
- Handling of Social Compliance requirements under the law of the land and Buyer specific guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain all aspects under global certifications of SA-8000/C-TPAT Certifications /SEDEX
- Designing and Development of Management Systems on Code of Conduct and a scientific tool for Compliance Audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation / Post graduation with HR specialization
- Experience - 0 - 3 years
- Excellent Communication in English & Tamil (Spoken / Reading / Writing)
CTC - 7 Lakhs
