Assistant Manager - HR - IT - SAP/Success Factors
Responsible for monitoring budgets, implementing company policies and managing internal HR systems. Monitoring the overall HR IT infrastructure and support systems
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage full life cycle HRIS projects and the associated project planning.
- Maintain system configuration to meet current and future strategic human capital systems
- Manage vendors and contract renewal processes.
- Manages data integrity, system security, and testing of system changes.
- Manages and develops queries, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage and update other projects and responsibilities which may be added at the discretion of the manager
- Manages and implements Audit and periodicals
Key Result Areas:
- Manage HR IT procedures
- Manage Stakeholder for HRIS / organization strategy
- Manages costs and expenses- Contracts and AMC.
- Trains and leads HR IS team at all locations
- Manage and leads Project Teams
- Manage contracts and agreement with vendors
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree - B Tech/ BE IT with MBA
Preferred : SAP and SF certifications
Skills & Knowledge :
- Onboarding, training, supervising and administering IT Teams
- Strong analytical skills
- HR analytics and Auditing process
- Proficient with the use of computers and software programs
