Recruitment: Handling End to End Recruitment for the technical roles.
Pre-Onboarding: Supporting the creation and distribution of a number of bespoke HR-related documents. Ensured completion of joining formalities from new joiners. Maintaining a healthy relationship with Expected Joiners.
Onboarding: Participating and managing transactional activities pertaining to the new hire onboarding process. Being a SPOC to all the Expected joiner.
Insurance: In charge of addition & deletion of insurance, providing CD balance track records.
Workflow Management: Establishing, organizing, and maintaining employee documents, ensuring that all employee files are current and complete. Handling the company's Google admin account.
Leave Management: Providing leave data to Payroll team.
Offboarding: Handling the end - to - end offboarding and post off-boarding process for all the exit employees.
- Direct reporting to the CEO & CTO of the company.
