Role- Assistant Manager HR
Reporting to - National Sales HR
Location - Kurla, Mumbai
Job Responsibility:
Capability Development - Field Sales Employees
- Collaborate with sales leaders and other key stakeholders to understand Capability Development needs for Field sales employees.
- Design and develop Capability interventions relevant to needs to target group.
- Partner with internal Capability team, other HR Team Members, and external vendors to achieve defined Capability development objectives.
- Work with capability team to drive capability development of front-line field force.
- Manage eLearning delivery platform
- Conduct Capability analytics to demonstrate effectiveness and ROI of Capability interventions.
- HR Projects
- Drive other projects across HR Spectrum (compensation, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement in various HR initiatives, systems, and processes.
- HR Business Partnering
- Front-end all HR services delivery for assigned set of employees.
