Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring compliances as per statutory norms and bridge gaps, enforcement of disciplinary action as and when required and maintain liaison with govt. and non govt. bodies for organizational benefit.
- Ensuring Budget adherence and providing data related to budget preparation
- Exercise leadership in HR processes like Employee Confirmation, Employee database maintenance in
SAP, HRMIS & HR systems for all employees.- Design & drive employee engagement activities for all category of employees across locations. To ensure the consistency of the recognition program on quarterly basis at the workmen level through site teams and adequate communication of the event to highlight the achievement.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety compliances related to health management database, periodic health audit and health check-up of all the people in Sales function for both direct & indirect employees.
- Ensure drives for cost optimization
