Assistant Manager- Human Resources - Advertising Firm

We have an opening with an advertising firm that is more of a creative consultancy rather than a conventional advertising firm. They are looking for HR professionals in their Mumbai office. The role would involve :

- Managing recruitment through various sources such as job portals, vendors and referrals and proactively identifying suitable candidates)

- Would be responsible for Campus Recruitment

- Should have worked on Induction, Orientation and Training

- Experience with Employee engagement

- Responsible for attendance, leave and maintenance of relevant records

Skills/qualification required:

- Master's Degree in HR

- Minimum 2-4 years experience in an advertising agency.

- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Sound computer knowledge, proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Salary Offered : 6-9 LPA
