Job Title: AM- Human Resources

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Human Resources

HR Strategic Planning :-

- Ensure top-notch global People service practices. This means ensuring that all processes that touch employee needs are running smoothly. This includes all aspects of the employee life cycle, including contracting, employee on-boarding, payroll, benefits management, office administration, employee engagement, staff retention and career progression.

- Help define and build the great work culture of the company

- Develop a companywide HR strategy for employee engagement, growth and retention, which is in line with the overall business objectives

- Streamline all HR policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws

- Implement manpower planning, keeping a check on the overall cost of hiring.

Performance Management and Compensation :-

- Define and review salary structure and benefits plan and communicate changes or updates.

- Facilitate the administration of staff benefits and compensation as stipulated in the HR policies.

- Lead the performance management process including creating a plan to manage quarterly and annual reviews, conducting training on goal setting, utilizing budgets to organize development activities, and working one-on-one with managers and employees.

Learning & Development:-

- Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and abilities within the organization.

- Developing and implementing training programs, including classroom instruction, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.

- Creating training materials, such as manuals, guides, and videos, that are engaging and effective.

- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants and analyzing training metrics.

- Working with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.

- Collaborating with managers to identify and address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans.

- Supporting the onboarding process by designing and delivering orientation programs for new hires.

Compensation & Benefits:-

- Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Conducting research and analysis to determine competitive salary levels and benefits offerings in the market.

- Designing and administering compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity-based compensation, and employee benefits.

Organisation Development & Culture:-

- Contribute to the development of a robust culture through role modelling values and the behaviours which drive this culture

- Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), to maximise the engagement of all employees and build organisational commitment to the desired culture

- Work in partnership with Boult's marketing and communications team on effective internal communications in support of organisational development

- Scope, develop and lead implementation of Boult's Diversity & Inclusion Strategy

Hiring and Talent Acquisition :-

- Oversee the entire recruitment process and help directly recruit senior-level positions; actively network and employ innovative, creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent and have a strong pipeline of potential candidates

- Lead the team and provide management oversight and leadership.

- Facilitate and coordinate recruitment and selection process according to company policies and procedures; set in place the recruitment team as appropriate;

- Implement manpower planning, keeping a check on the overall cost of hiring.

The Successful Applicant:-

- Must have MBA degree with at least 2 years of experience in HR, with a dedicated focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering role

- Experience having led and cultivated winning teams in a fast paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Extremely result and detail-oriented

- Knowledge of payroll and compliances
