Job Location: Kandivali, Mumbai Qualification: MBA (HR) - Full Time Experience :10+ Years (Compulsory) Job Description: Recruitment: - Have exposure to the whole lifecycle of recruitment - Performance Evaluation &amp; Compensation - Have exposure to the process of performance evaluation - Knowledge about Balance Score Card - Been part of a team which rolled out a new performance management systems and compensation package Manpower Planning: - Understanding the Strategic plan of the organization for the medium term . - Dialoguing with various line managers to identify the manpower needs. - Negotiating on the needs and arriving at a plan. - Manpower costing Key Talent &amp; Succession planning: - Identification &amp; management of Key Talent the organization. - Ensuring engagement &amp; development of Key Talent - Succession Planning for Critical positions based on the criteria set by the organization. - Implementation of all related policies. Learning &amp; Development: - Budgeting &amp; planning for L&amp;D activities for the organization - Identification of Individual training needs and drawing up the annual training calendar for the organization - Implement training programmes to meet specific needs of team and serve the overall company's strategic objectives. - Provide feedback and coaching to trainees / reportees - Prepare &amp; analyse training reports. - Evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives to ensure that they meet the company requirements. Employee Engagement: - Ensuring meaningful activities are conducted across the various categories of individuals - Ensuring adherence to budget - Facilitating and conducting one to one and group meetings for staff - Conducting monthly regional meet HR Operations : - Exposure to all activities in HR - Lead &amp; drive the Business HR activities (new initiatives &amp; strategies, policies, systems &amp; processes). - Ensure resolution to employee's issues / grievances. - Attrition analysis &amp; exit analysis to understand trends and make recommendations - On boarding, day-to-day operations of the human resources function &amp; customer interfacing - Ensure communication and adherence to policy. - Conduct exit interviews, Implement retention interventions.
