- Be first line HR contact for all employees, offering appropriate advice, support and guidance where required. - Maintain organization charts and Job Descriptions such that they are updated on a monthly basis. - Responsible for the accurate and timely provision of HR data reporting from the relevant region and/or assigned projects. - Monitoring of time attendance system of employees. - Creation and keeping updated records for new hires and exits for all modules. - Support all Talent Acquisition activities for the business units. - Support joining formalities, induction, on-boarding process for all new employees. - Maintain and monitor various HR reports. - Support any other project for the Business Units.
