Urgently looking Assistant Manager HR for one the MNC Company based out at Patalganga. Candidate should have experience of Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management in MNC or large Indian Manufacturing Organizations. Hands on experience on PMS, L&D, Talent Management.

Role & Responsbility:

- Managing Employee Life cycle

- Training needs analysis till Training Effectiveness analysis

- Assisting in Talent Acquisition till Management

- Need to work on key aspects of performance management (goal planning, goal audit, result documentation and performance discussion areas)
