Job Description

- Working in HR department in Factory and handling plant and office administration along with Welfare and other HR Function.

- Liasoning with government department - Factories, Labour, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board etc.

- Recruitment of Engineers & Operators.

- Administration - of Canteen, Transport, Security, House Keeping etc.

- Exposure of ISO, GMP and awareness of Kaizen and Office TMP.

- HR - Performance Management, Training & Development, Disciplinary procedure and Enquiry process.

- Contract Labour Management

Desired Skills / Experience:

- 6-10years of experience in HR & IR

- Should have exposure into ISO, GMP and awareness of Kaizen and Office TMP

- Candidate should be from Preferred from Manufacturing FMCG

- Should be - MBA in HR / MSW / PG Diploma in PM&IR

- Candidate must belong to - Andhra Pradesh

- Should have Good Communication Skills

- Should have excellent command on Excel
