Job Role :

We are hiring for the Sales & Distribution arm of the company's FMCG business.

The role requires the incumbent to handle :

- Performance Management for all employees in a region.

- Employee engagement initiatives for all employees in a region.

- Recruitment of front line managers & administration staff.

- Statutory Compliance for all units in a region.

- Learning & Development initiatives for all employees in a region.

- Budgets pertaining to employee benefits.

- Organization structure pertaining to the region.

- Miscellaneous projects to improve capability of employees in a region.

Education :

MBA (HR) / MBA (PMIR)/ MA (HRM&LR)/ PGDBM (HR) from TISS / XLRI / SIBM-Pune / SCMHRD / MDI-Gurgaon. We are looking at 2012, 2013 & 2014 pass outs from these campuses.
