Position: Asst Manager - HR

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

- End-to-end recruitment process & Joining formalities for Corporate /Manufacturing Function

- Adherence to all critical labour compliance at Corporate office / Zonal office /Factory units

- Co-ordination with functional heads for KRA updation of all staff and timely Closure of Performance Appraisal process.

- Assisting functional heads heads for any disciplinary actions to be taken, assisting factory heads in union matters in consultation with legal head, grievance handling etc

- Keeping track of minimum wage revision at manufacturing plant locations & presenting cost impact details to functional head for approval, updation of any statuory changes to Factory heads.

- Assisting in renewal of employee & parents mediclaim policy

- Designing, Formulating & implementation of key HR policies & procedures, Modifying Existing process in consultation with functional heads

- Planning Employee Engagement initiatives
