As Assistant Manager/ Manager HR, you will be responsible for driving & implementing the HR processes and employee engagement initiatives
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Business in driving high-performance culture by driving objective setting, review and feedback. It involved conducting orientation sessions on Performance Management System, IDP and ensure timely closure of Compensation review
- Driving core HR process (PMS, Talent Review, L&D and Engagement Survey etc). Partner Talent Acquisition with (selection, fitment, announcements & support induction)
- Lead L&D initiative and work with key stakeholders
- Carry out Skills Gap Analysis and organize on-the-job training wherever required.
- Responsible to maintaining job descriptions; provide inputs for the review of the Job/ banding as required.
- Partner with business and identify, conceptualize Employee engagement interventions. Take on projects related to HR strategic initiatives, process improvement basis requirements from time to time.
- Identify high potential employees in location, develop career plans for them in line with talent management process
- Driving various change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications for a Successful candidate :
- MBA in Human Resource Management with an overall 3+ years to 8+ years of experience (preferably from FMCG)
- Able to work in a challenging environment that requires high responsibility & accountability, relationship building & multi-tasking,
- Good experience working on various functions within HR (Generalist HR, R&D, Corporate HR)
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and cultures
- Innovative mindset
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent multitasking skill
