Assistant Manager - Human Resource - BPO

looking for an AM - HR for a BPO client to be based out of Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing end to end HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle.

- Resolve attitudinal, behavioral or disciplinary, ethical issues with respect to employees.

- Counsel employees on performance issues when required.

- Work towards improving employee satisfaction scores and metrics for the teams.

- Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis of the same to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them.

- Be accountable for full compliance with all employee relations requirements, in such areas as terminations, offers, performance management processes etc.
