Job Description :
- Provide full range of HR Generalist support for a business vertical
- Provide direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: selection, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design
- Coach and counsel employees regarding HR policies and procedures with respect to transfer, promotion, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment.
- Play role of an employee advocate, balancing fair labor standards, policy and practice and business needs
Responsible for managing wing to wing operations of Mumbai Facility and support in rest of India facilities operations, including Project Management, Car and House Leases
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential service providers [Vendor Management]
- Coordinates and works with different stakeholder during crisis situations to create a business contingency plan, and ensure minimal to no impact on business critical processes.
Qualification :
- Post graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and technical depth of Project and security management concepts, including physical security, information protection and crisis management/emergency preparedness
