Manpower Planning & Forecasting :
- Preparation and consolidation of HR Budget including manpower budgets across the group. Reconciliation of the data with the Finance Team for alignment of assumptions and recording past trends.
- Reporting month on month and projected variance of actuals vis-- -vis the budgets along with rationale for the positive or negative variation.
Data Analytics & Digitization :
- Consolidation and analysis of data for various HR Metrics and pro-active reporting to the Management highlighting insights on the impact on business. Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality is of utmost importance.
- Translation of data to BI dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency to provide real time availability of data and corresponding insights.
- Provide C&B analytics to give insights to business and leadership and assist them in decision making.
- Partner in digitization initiatives and continuous improvement of current systems for enhancing process efficiency and ease of user interface.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Review and Design compensation structure and benefits (short-term & long-term) in line with the market trends such that it benefits the employees and reinforces company's strategic plan. Undertake financial simulation for the proposed salary structures.
- Ensure compensation and benefits policy complies with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
- Review and refresh the role & level-based compensation ranges to ensure availability of updated data for key decisions pertaining to recruitments, promotions and salary corrections.
- Strengthen the user awareness about Compensation Philosophy, compa ratio & market positioning.
- Prepare approval notes for compensation revision, introduction of new frameworks and ensure execution in line with the same.
- Initiate the Annual Appraisals, share the approach and budgets with the HRBP's for consolidation of ratings and inputs on promotions & corrections.
- Undertake checks and balances to ensure that the pay-outs are within the budgets and aligned to the Compensation Philosophy. Advise the revised structures for payroll processing.
