Role Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the candidate include:
1. The right individual will have deep experience and a proven track record in consulting to a number of organizations on Organizational design, Talent Management and Strategic Reward:
2. Delivering complex Organization Transformation Projects;
3. Preferably playing key role in large projects to module lead subject areas related to Talent Development, Competency assessment and development and identifying individual development needs;
4. Has experience in conducting HR audits and proven experience in process optimization and re-engineering;
5. Has proven client management and expectation handling experience;
6. Has strong analytical and conceptual capacities, with creativity and judgment to dynamically present client expectations;
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
