Responsibilities :
- Actively engaged in Payroll processing for India employees
- Ability to do manual calculations as well as being competent with payroll systems.
- Effectively manage and drive the statutory payment process, Investments, Taxation related to Employee Payroll.
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
- Calculate bonuses and commissions when appropriate
- Manage and calculate taxes and deductions
- Calculate unemployment and severance payments
- Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor
Experience: Min: 2 yrs in HR
