Assistant Manager - HR Operations/Transformation - ITeS

Looking for a AM - HR Operations (Transformations) for an ITES client to be based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities of the Role :

- Transitioning HR Services to BPO Centre.

- Develop both thought leadership points of view and new service offerings

- Working with the client's HR department and related teams to analyse, design and roll-out key HR operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business needs like globalization of businesses, cost control, etc.

- Developing client relationships in selected accounts across a wide range of sectors.

- Reviewing people risks arising from business transformation activities across the organization and working with the client to mitigate and control it

- Working with stakeholders to develop and deliver solutions to respond to client requirements

- Assisting the client organization in re-balancing the workforce size and skill set in line with changing business demands

- Experience of delivering HR administration, Data management, Paryoll and talent management processes across USA and Canada.

- Experience of delivering HR service.
