Position : Assistant Manager - HR Operations
Exp : 8 to 12 years
Required Skills :
- The candidate should have strong exp in HR Shared services / HR operations, global service delivery and stakeholder management
- Exp in Project management / Program management and data analytics
- Exp in developing compelling, logical presentations to pitch existing capabilities to global organisation
- Exp in identifying strategic opportunities within global organisation to leverage existing Talent operations capabilities
- Ensure the timely communication and flow of information among leadership and key stakeholders for projects/initiatives
- Co-create or update and transformation playbook/toolkit for managing global services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong executive presence and experience interacting with senior leaders
- Consultative approach toward clients and ability to influence others
- Excellent program/project management skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Apply problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Talent operating model and processes
