Assistant Manager-HR Operations to be based in Pune for a leading retail brand - A leading and one of the most profitable brands of retail chain of stores seeks Assistant Manager-HR Operations to be based in Pune Education : Any Graduate, preferably MBA - Human Resource Experience :&nbsp; 8+ years in HR . Experience in Retail Industry is preferred but not must Location : Pune Role and Responsibilities : - Incumbent will be a support to HR operations team by managing entire HRMS on PAN India basis, for close to 7000 + employees. Responsibilities include : - MIS Management - Managing database of close to 7000 + employees spread across the country - Maintaining HR data in HRMS - Managing and maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of all documentation and personnel records for employees, to include benefits, record keeping, etc. - Ensuring timely inputting of data - Ensuring accuracy of the data - Set systems and process to check and be sure about accuracy of data - Update and maintain employee job record, payroll, benefit, and/or personal information - Ensuring electronic documentation is in progress - Slicing the whole data across different parameters from age, gender to compensation, retention and attrition and any other pointers - HRM System Management and Compliance - Managing Compensation and Benefits Administration through HRMS - Provide HR Analytics across various touch points and parameters - Creating various matrices by using data for parameters such as compensation, retention, attrition. - To perform data validation and audit so as to ensure accuracy. - Collaborate with corporate HR functional areas to leverage expertise, systems, and processes. - Generating monthly MIS as per the needs - Experience in ERP - SAP (Back end) / RAMCO preferred
