Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Design and implement company policies.
- Nurture a positive working environment and sustain great work culture.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and champion career development.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Render payroll processing and Statutory compliances.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in human resource operations.
- A business degree from good institution.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
