The details are given below. 1) Minimum 3-4 yrs exp reqd 2) Should have strong experience in contract management, Payroll, Vendor Management & Employee Lifecycle 3) Expertise of FTE Process Managements 4) Onboarding, policy, compliances, payrolls, End to End from tier Hiring to Reliving they should have handled. 5) HR operations for Off Role employees 6) Should have handled Contract employees in HR Operation 7) Knowledge of HR Compliances 8) Must have managed as a client contract workforce operations 400-500 employees 9) Drive 100% HR Compliances and Payroll &amp; Labor compliances of vendor FTCs/FTE 10) Define, build &amp; measure process SLAs and compliances and reporting thereof to the relevant stakeholders. 11) Proactively audit the policy, processes and data related to Payroll, Leave, Full &amp; Final Settlement processes and ensure audit readiness. 12) Help upgrade HRIS system time to time through regression testing to ensure use of upgraded FTC HR instance and latest HRIS features. 13) Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 14) In-depth exposure to HR statutory compliances under CLRA. 15) Strong interpersonal and communication skills 16) The Position is purely in to contract management 17) Job Location Bangalore 18) Education Qualification - Looking for candidates from (XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/IIM/IIT) 19) Looking from Ecommerce industry or Startups only (Other industry too but should have strong exp in offroll management) 20) Notice period - Candidates who can join in lesser notice period preferred the most
